Booking an appointment
- You can book online or by phone. You receive a booking reference straight away; depending on the branch's rules the booking is confirmed immediately or stays a request until the clinic confirms it.
- Please give the patient's correct name and age and a mobile number we can reach. If you book for someone else, please make sure they know about the appointment.
- Reception will confirm the patient's identity at the first visit.
- To keep the service fair, the number of online bookings from the same phone number or connection within a short time is limited.
Fees and payment
- The current fee for each service is shown on the fees and payment page and on the booking form. Some clinicians have their own fee, shown when you choose them.
- Fees can be paid at the clinic reception, and you receive a receipt. Registered patients can also pay bills online through the patient portal.
On the day
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early and bring any previous prescriptions or reports.
- If you are running late, please call us. We will try to see you, but you may need to wait or be offered another time.
- Waiting times are estimates; sometimes a consultation takes longer than planned.
Cancelling or changing
- You can cancel online on My booking up to 2 hours before the appointment, using your booking reference and the last 4 digits of your mobile number.
- Within 2 hours of the appointment, please call us.
- To change the time, cancel and book again, or call us and we will help.
- If you can't come, please cancel so that someone else can use the time.
If we need to change your appointment
If your clinician becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer another time or clinician. We will not cancel an appointment without telling you.
Online consultations
Online consultations need your consent, a private place and a working device and connection. Your clinician decides whether an online visit is suitable.
Not an emergency service
Online booking and messages are not monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. See also: crisis help.
