Who we are
MR Psychiatry Center is a psychiatrist-led mental health centre. Psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and counsellors work together here, so care — from a first worry to long-term support — follows one plan.
Our clinicians' qualifications, BMDC registration and chamber times are listed on their profiles. Everything we say about ourselves can be checked — that is our core principle.
How we work
- A specialist assessment first: at the first consultation a psychiatrist takes time to understand the problem; the plan is then agreed with you.
- Evidence-based treatment: medicines, psychotherapy and counselling — alone or together, as needed. Results differ from person to person; we never promise a guaranteed outcome.
- Family alongside: with the patient's consent, explaining things to the family and keeping them involved is part of our process.
- Confidentiality: only the people involved in your care can see your information; our text messages never mention the reason for a visit.
- Transparency: fees, processes and patients' rights are explained in advance, in plain language.
