From booking to follow-up, in four simple steps.
Choose a service, clinician and time online — or call us and we'll book it for you.
Bring previous prescriptions and reports. The waiting-room screen shows token numbers only, never names.
Your clinician listens, explains the options in plain language and agrees a plan with you.
If another visit is recommended, we help you book it — and remind you only if you allow.
Our standards
Seeking help for your mental health is personal. These pages explain how we protect your information and how our health content is reviewed.
No, you can book directly. If you have prescriptions, letters or reports from other doctors, please bring them to your visit.
Previous prescriptions and reports, the names of all medicines you take, and a short note of what is happening and since when. The full checklist is in our first appointment guide.
We only send messages if you allow it. They contain the date, time and booking reference — never the reason for your visit, a diagnosis or medicines.
Fees are paid at the clinic reception; registered patients can also pay bills online in the patient portal. The current fee for each service is on the fees and payment page.
Selected clinicians offer video consultations. See our online consultation guide for how it works and what you need.
No. Online booking is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
