Common questions

Short, practical answers. If your question is not here, call us — we are happy to help.

Fees and payment

How do I pay?

Fees are paid at the clinic reception; registered patients can also pay bills online in the patient portal. The current fee for each service is on the fees and payment page.

Timings and appointments

Can I book for a family member?

Yes. Enter the patient's own name and age — the mobile number can be yours. Reception will confirm the details when you arrive.

How do I cancel or change an appointment?

Open “My booking” and enter your booking reference and the last 4 digits of your mobile number — you can cancel online up to 2 hours before the appointment. To change the time, cancel and book again, or call us.

Confidentiality

What will the text message say?

We only send messages if you allow it. They contain the date, time and booking reference — never the reason for your visit, a diagnosis or medicines.

Who can see my information?

Only the staff who need it for your care. Reception sees booking and contact details; clinical notes are limited to your care team. More on our privacy and confidentiality page.

Online consultation

Is online (video) consultation available?

Selected clinicians offer video consultations. See our online consultation guide for how it works and what you need.

What to bring

Do I need a referral to book?

No, you can book directly. If you have prescriptions, letters or reports from other doctors, please bring them to your visit.

What should I bring to the first visit?

Previous prescriptions and reports, the names of all medicines you take, and a short note of what is happening and since when. The full checklist is in our first appointment guide.

General

Is this an emergency service?

No. Online booking is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Taking the first step is often the hardest part

You don't need to have everything figured out. Book a confidential appointment and talk it through with a specialist — in Bangla or English.
