Why work with us

  • A psychiatrist-led team. Psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, nurses and support staff work together to one care plan for each person. Every role matters to that plan.
  • The whole path of care. Our work runs from the first consultation and assessment to therapy, follow-up and, when it is needed, admission for supervised treatment. You see how each part of the team supports the others.
  • Dignity and confidentiality. People come to us at difficult moments. We expect everyone on the team, clinical or not, to treat patients and families with respect, to protect their privacy and to avoid words that stigmatise.
  • Ethics first. Our doctors follow the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) Code of Professional Conduct, and we expect the same honesty in every role: no false promises to patients, clear information about fees and processes, and respect for consent.
  • Learning from each other. Colleagues share what they know, ask questions openly and talk through difficult situations together. We value people who want to keep learning.

The kinds of roles we hire for

We hire for clinical and non-clinical roles. The list below describes the kinds of work in a mental health centre like ours. It is not a list of current vacancies, and you are welcome to apply at any time.

Clinical roles

  • Psychiatrists
  • Medical officers
  • Clinical psychologists
  • Counsellors and therapists
  • Psychiatric nurses and nurses
  • Ward attendants and care assistants

Support roles

  • Front desk and reception
  • Administration and accounts
  • IT and digital
  • Content and communications

If your role is not listed, choose “Other role” in the form and tell us what you do. Where a profession requires registration, we will ask for proof of it — for example BMDC registration for doctors and Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) registration for nurses.

How we hire

  1. You apply online. Fill in the form below and add a link to your CV. You will see a reference number once your application has been sent.
  2. We review your application. Our team reads it and compares it with the roles we need now or expect to need.
  3. We contact you. If your profile fits, we call or email you to arrange a conversation.
  4. Interview. You meet the people you would work with. Depending on the role, we may also ask you to talk through a practical situation.
  5. Checks and offer. Before any offer, we verify your qualifications, registration and references. If we make an offer, we explain the role and its terms clearly before you decide.

How long each step takes depends on the role and on our needs at the time, so we do not promise fixed timelines.

Equal opportunity and a respectful workplace

We choose people for their skills, experience, values and fit with the role. We welcome applications from everyone who has the skills and values the work needs, whatever their gender, religion, ethnicity, disability or background.

If you need any support or adjustment to attend an interview, tell us when we contact you and we will do what we reasonably can.

We expect everyone to treat colleagues, patients and families with courtesy. Harassment, bullying and discrimination have no place here. Kindness matters in mental health care, and that includes how colleagues treat each other.

Your privacy as an applicant

  • What we collect: what you type into the form — your name, mobile number, email (if given), the role, your education and registration, your experience, a few lines about you, the link to your CV, your LinkedIn profile (if given), when you could start and your expected salary (if you share it). We do not ask for health information; please do not include any.
  • Why we use it: to consider you for a role and to contact you about your application. Only the staff who manage recruitment can see applications. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or marketing.
  • Your CV: it stays in your own account, and we open it from the link you give us. If you stop sharing it, we can no longer open it.
  • How long we keep it: we delete an application 12 months after we last updated it. If you ask us to keep it for future openings, we delete it 24 months after the last update instead.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see or correct your application, or withdraw it, at any time — call us and quote your reference. A withdrawn application is no longer considered and is deleted under the same rule.
